Weekly Active Classes

Clackmannanshire Council offers a variety of weekly fitness and activity classes that can help you get/stay fit and meet new people, such as:
- ASN Class
- Chair Yoga
- Chi Kung
- Circuit & Fitter Folks Classes
- Drumming Beats
- Female Only Exercise class
- Line Dancing
- Lower Limbs - Hips and Knees
- OTAGO
- Pickleball
- Pilates
- Social Badminton
- Yoga
- Zone 60s, Over 60s, Mature Movers, Sporty Seniors Classes
- Zumba
All class participants must be aged 16 or over. You will be asked to complete a pre-activity questionnaire which should be completed and returned to the instructor.
