Especially after the pandemic, there will be a sense of vulnerability and helplessness among ethnic minorities, especially women. They may be worried about a number of things they don't want to discuss openly. Providing families with high-quality, confidential support in their mother language is one of the main goals of HSTAR Scotland.

10 weeks group sessions for women to overcome their loneliness, anxiety and sadness related to post-pandemic experiences. Kids friendly. Registration required.
