An app to help you find advice and support if you are thinking about suicide or self harm. Also useful if you are worried about a family member or friend.
The app gives emergency numbers for agencies in Angus, Dundee, and Perth & Kinross. There are contacts for the Samaritans, Breathing Space and other agencies who can help.
The Suicide? Help? app is run jointly by Councils, NHS Tayside and local Health & Social Care Partnerships.
