Our social hubs aim to support members of the community in social and emotional engagement, provide access to food and a warm place and encourage peer to peer support.
Our hubs are run from our community centre and gives us the opportunity to offer support locally and provide a safe, warm space.
Our project focuses on parents, older people and the general public by offering targeted sessions where people will feel more comfortable with likeminded individuals. Parents share experiences, older people feel less isolated and part of their community and people will have somewhere to go in a crisis.
