We are a patient and survivor-led charity supporting people affected by cancer throughout Tayside & Fife.

We offer 1-2-1 peer support and friendship groups (general and cancer-specific) and wellbeing sessions (mindfulness, yoga, nutrition, complementary therapies, therapeutic arts, crafts) at our Wellbeing Hub in Dundee, provide short breaks for families at our holiday lodge in Blairgowrie and also host regular community cafes, drop in sessions and social events across Dundee for people affected by cancer.

We also have a programme of activities where people can share their lived experience of cancer to help others and to hopefully influence and improve service design within existing cancer support services both locally and nationally.

Regions:
  • Angus
  • Dundee City
  • Fife
  • Perth and Kinross
