Caberfeidh Horizons provides training, support, a sense of belonging and purpose for at risk and vulnerable people. Helping our trainees to live fulfilling lives with self worth and a sense of purpose is fundamental to what we do.
Our trainees take part in an initial assessment, allowing us to tailor their experience with a comprehensive training plan. Plans are monitored on an ongoing basis with formal review and evaluation every six months.
