Town Break's incredible journey started with its establishment in 1992 by Rosas Mitchell.  From a small drop-in centre to a comprehensive support network, we have grown by leaps and bounds! Join us on this incredible journey of compassion and support. Together, we can make a difference and enhance the lives of people living with dementia and their unpaid carers.
