Spire View Housing Association works with The Simon Community to provide a Tenancy Support & Sustainment Service to all of our tenants. We want to prevent homelessness by offering:

Tenancy Support
1-to-1 Support
Advice and information
Support to become independent in your own home
Signpost to other agencies
Liaising with housing
