Hydrotherapy is a form of exercise carried out in a specially heated pool. The water is approximately 34 degrees Celsius. The combination of extra hear and the buoyancy of the water provide a relaxing medium in which pain relieving exercises can be carried out and thus improve general fitness levels.
Monday to Friday: 9am to 8pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9am to 1pm

Outside of these times the pool is hired by other users.
