We welcome student practitioners who are passionate about working in a person-centred, trauma-informed way. During placement, students will be supported & supervised onsite by our Project Lead, gaining direct experience in delivering community support, shadowing sessions where appropriate, and developing autonomy in managing their own caseload or tasks.

Although students are expected to arrange and fund their own external clinical supervision (as required by their training provider), they will receive ongoing guidance, reflective support, and regular check-ins throughout their time with us.

We offer; A safe, supportive, and inclusive working environment

Opportunities to shadow and observe trauma-informed practice

Practical experience supporting individuals in the community

Ongoing onsite supervision and mentorship. Encouragement of self-awareness, professional development, and confidence-building.

We are committed to helping students develop into reflective, compassionate practitioners.
