Close Support

Last updated: 06/08/2025

Lomond House offers a transitional resource for young people aged 12 up to 18 who have experienced secure care, but still require additional support before they feel ready to return to less structured living in the community. We also accept referrals from the community for young people who may require a more structured placement within a highly supportive environment.

Lomond House has 6 en-suite bedrooms which were refurbished in 2020. Young people share a communal lounge, dining room, and kitchen.

We work alongside families, social workers, education staff and health and wellbeing teams to support each young person to achieve their full potential across all SHANARRI(H) indicators to promote a successful transition to our semi-independent cottage within our campus or a return to the community.
