Tony's Safe Place (SC053454) is a suicide prevention and awareness charity based in Cumbernauld, led by dedicated volunteers.

Our hub offers a peer support drop-in service, staffed by ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) volunteers who are specially trained to provide immediate support. We also offer private counselling sessions with qualified, BACP-registered person-centred counsellors.

In addition to counselling, we organize Cold Water Therapy day trips and a variety of wellbeing activities and groups designed to support individuals with mental health challenges and improve overall wellbeing.

We also provide signposting to other services for assistance with issues like addiction and poverty.

We offer a Drop in service for anyone experiencing suicidality, Monday- Friday.
