More of us are living longer, which is good news, but for many more people who are living with complex conditions it is harder to keep active and maintain their level of health. Our social centres support people of all abilities to improve their physical and emotional health. Depending on your interests, activities can include; fun, chair-based resistance exercise sessions to improve strength and balance; a nutritious two-course lunch; company and discussion.
