Physiotherapy Fitness Classes for Women

Suitable for ALL levels, this physiotherapist-led fitness class is for any woman looking to build confidence in her body. Walk-ins are welcome and equipment will be provided. We will be focusing on exercises to improve your overall fitness, strength, balance, bone health, and function. Please be sure to bring a water bottle and wear loose clothing. This will be a a fun and relaxed environment with music and a variety of exercise options so you can choose the level most appropriate for you!
Classes are offered on a "pay what you can" basis. We want this to be accessible to every woman who wants to come, so please do not let money be a barrier to you attending. Whether you can afford £5 or nothing, this class is for YOU!
