NEWSolutions - Mental Health Support and Training

Our mission is to enable children, young people and adults to hope for a better future, to know that there is help and to access it when they feel help is needed. We aim to do this by providing support which focuses on prevention and early intervention for children, young people, families and those who may be working with and alongside them.

We provide individual therapy sessions and group training workshops on emotional health & wellbeing, understanding anxiety, resilience, autism, ADHD, emotional culture and LEGO serious play.
