Funded by the Scottish Government, the Wise Group provides Relational Mentoring support to vulnerable family households to move them onto a positive journey out of child poverty.

Our Relational Mentoring approach provides free, one-to-one support to better understand the wider needs of the household and addressing them to break down barriers and achieve positive progress. This may include support for skills, employability, community justice, and home energy.

Service is available to families with children under the age of 18 living in Glasgow City, Inverclyde, Renfrewshire, North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire and Scottish Borders.
