Monthly adult ADHD Support group meetings.
First Thursday of every month 6pm to 8pm at our ADHD Learning Centre.
This is an opportunity for people diagnosed/awaiting diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) to meet in a safe space to share strategies and reduce social isolation.
The event will be facilitated by professionals with knowledge of the condition as well as guest speakers.
