Aberdeen Hillwalking Club

Last updated: 10/10/2024

Aberdeen Hillwalking Club is one of the oldest in the Aberdeen area, being formed in the 1940s by staff of the then nationalised telephone service. The Club has a very broad membership from all walks of life and is open for anyone to join.

If you’re looking for a short stroll and a coffee, a low level or woodland walk, coastal trips or a more challenging venture into the hills perhaps to climb a Munro or a Corbett then this Club is for you.

We offer a regular programme of fortnightly Sunday outings each year from March to early November and monthly winter walks in December, January and February.

Annual Club Membership is available for adults and juniors however non members are also welcome to book to come on a walk.

Cost applies for annual membership and to join individual walks - see website for details.
