The Employment Support Team assists anyone who lives within Aberdeenshire who is actively seeking employment or looking to enter education or training to gain full-time or additional employment.

We can offer practical assistance if you are returning to the work market after an absence such as raising children, health issues or looking to retrain for a better job.

Please contact us for a referral to a Key Worker.


Our team also coordinates the Aberdeenshire Local Employability Partnership, Employment CONNECT, which is geared towards supporting people into work and training.

Employment CONNECT has over 20 member organisations working in tandem to deliver support to residents across the whole of Aberdeenshire.

Our service is funded through Scottish Government and is free of charge.

Our service can be accessed over the phone, through in-person appointments or online using Microsoft Teams.
