Our Friday Walk Talk Feed Group meets in Callendar Park, Falkirk, at the picnic benches by the play park (look for the volunteers in purple polo shirts!).
With registration at 10.15 and walking by 10.30 am, we walk around the park before heading into the café for refreshments or playing in the park if the weather is nice.
The group is free to attend.
Older siblings are always welcome to attend.
The walk is buggy-friendly on paths. there is a small hill during the walk.
Support is provided by trained peer supporters. You don't have to have a question or require support, you can just pop along for a social chat too. If you do need support our volunteers are there to listen and support
you.
