The Cosy Spot is part of GBTs "Meeting Centre" approach. Originally aimed at local Carers and cared for, we now welcome everybody and are a Dementia friendly group.

Mondays 10 am - 12 pm

Free to join

Join us for our weekly support group, where we enjoy a light breakfast and group support. Carers and cared-for come together with the local community and share stories, meet new people and socialise. Join us and chat away, or come to listen and learn.

We also have an easy exercise session as well as other ongoing activities such as:

  • Money Matter talks
  • Voice of Experience
  • NL Gym support
  • Talking pictures
  • Group self-massage (for pain relief)
  • Group Reiki
