These Healthy Heart exercise classes takes place weekly on Tuesdays, 1pm - 2pm and Wednesdays, 10.45am - 11.45am at RGU Sport, Garthdee Campus, Aberdeen. 

These exercise classes support people with a range of heart conditions & the process of cardiac rehabilitation and accommodate people with a wide range of long-term health conditions [including diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, cervical spondylosis, joint replacements, obesity, asthma, COPD, depression, stress, anxiety, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure] to exercise safely and effectively.

Our specialist exercise instructor can modify the exercises to your individual needs.

THE WEDNESDAY, 10.45AM - 11.45AM CLASS IS CURRENTLY FULL.

Please contact us by email - info@gcra.org.uk to request a new member pack to join the Tuesday class or join the waiting list for the Wednesday class.

FIRST CLASS IS FREE, then £5 per class pay as you go.
