The project is titled Menopause Goals, it has been funded through the Scottish FA, making it free for anyone to attend. The Scottish FA have also trained two members of our club who will deliver the project to participants. 

Menopause Goals is a project delivered as a weekly workshop with the opportunity to participate in light physical activity. It is aimed at individuals going through menopause and will be given a safe and comfortable environment to help participants understand the physical changes, how to manage relationships, how to take control, and treatment options that are available. Menopause Goals aims to give women the tools to reduce their symptoms, boost confidence, and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and peers. 

Session details:

Wednesdays starting 7th May, running weekly at Beechwood Park, Sauchie, 7:30 pm start.
