Healthy Pathways

This is a Claimed service
Delivered by: Community Links Scotland This is a Claimed organisation
Last updated: 09/10/2025

The Healthy Pathways project does a lot of hard work bringing people together, from book groups, sewing groups, crafts and days out. Through all the groups, friends are made by helping, listening and being there for each other – supporting each other. There is no judgment, just friendly faces and a big hug, which we all need from time to time. We offer personal development sessions where you can equip yourself with the tools to enhance confidence, practice mindfulness, and boost self-esteem; as well as social activities, where you can enjoy fun and fulfilling events, from book clubs to arts & crafts sessions. Form lasting social connections and make new friends every week. Complete our online form or contact us for more information.
