Our closed Facebook support group provides an online location for people with chronic pain, where you can freely discuss your condition and learn from other people with chronic pain, with articles and documents researched by the group.

We host free online meditation, seated exercise and Zentangle classes.

Until Oct 2024 we are funded to run a social prescribing project offering free Hydrotherapy, art therapy, boxfit, seated exercise, Zentangle, craft and chat sessions.

Our website features meditations, recorded conversations on chronic pain and adult disability benefit.

We are actively involved in many university research projects and are a member of the Scottish Government’s chronic pain task force and give presentations to chronic pain organisations e.g., European Pain Federation, Royal College of Chiropractors, NHS groups and Pain Clinicians.

We produce a free monthly newsletter and weekly updates on the social prescribing scheme.
