Sessions focus on supporting people to develop skills such as learning how to communicate better and understanding how to work well with others in a team. Practical skills include writing a CV or preparing for a job interview. Some sessions are even dedicated to helping members build confidence and recognise the importance of maintaining good health and wellbeing.

Speakers from different industries give members the opportunity to learn about different roles and what to expect from certain career paths.

All sessions are designed to be engaging and interactive, and upon completion of the course, each member is presented with a certificate of achievement for their hard work.
