We meet every Thursday evening 6.30pm and 9.30pm from September to June. Annual exhibitions of our work have been held in the South and Levern Church hall, Barrhead in recent years.
Our philosophy is that art is for everyone and although not a teaching club we are open to beginners. Club members are willing to share their knowledge and expertise freely. Junior Members under 18 may be accepted if accompanied by a responsible adult Member.
A programme of events which runs throughout the session can include workshops, still life evenings and outings to local beauty spots for drawing and painting. Well-known professional artists, have given demonstrations of their skill and techniques.
