Our Family Support Project offers specialised support to young people and families at risk or experiencing crisis. Operational for 10 years it is a known and trusted service in the community.
We deliver the following programmes on a case by case basis, tailored to the individual families involved:
Triple P programmes
One to one parenting support tailored to individual needs and care plans
Preventative and responsive work with families
Outreach and home visits providing both practical and emotional support
Flexible out of hours response, including evenings and weekends and holiday periods
Utilising local venues within these communities making sessions accessible
Programmes utilising a multi-agency approach working in collaboration with a range of agencies and organisations offering a joined up approach to meet the needs of those families who have been identified as being at risk of not coping, or only just coping.
A referral from social work or 3rd sector organisation is required to access this service.
This service covers the north of Glasgow.
