Program 2 - Trauma Recovery has been written from lived experience of unresolved trauma from childhood to adulthood. Giving new behaviour concepts to apply no matter your age and experiences this program will guide you to new healthy behaviours towards yourself and others in your every day life.

This includes practical steps to give you peace through learning new ways of responding to past and present circumstances, building new behaviour tools to make lasting change, discovering your true authentic self and building a new empowered you!

Funded places may be available to take part as a pre recorded course online or receive peer support as part of a funded organisation.

We can provide training to professionals wishing to support individuals attending one or both programs.
