Our skills development service supports neurodivergent young adults 16+ to explore opportunities and learn new skills to help them navigate and find their place in the world. A structured programme offers a diverse range of activities and experiences, including vocational and accredited qualifications and work experience opportunities, supporting young adults to progress to further education, training or employment.

Placements within Gate are funded by Self-Directed Support (SDS). Gate operates 48 weeks of the year and individuals can be supported for anywhere between half a day and 5 days a week, depending on their availability and their areas of interest.
