Gardening for Wellbeing takes place on our plot in Germiston Allotments each Wednesday from 10am-2pm.  This is open to all adults and is aimed at improving mental health and wellbeing by spending time outdoors. If you are interested in learning how to grow and maintain a garden, or looking to enjoy some active time outdoors, meet new people and try something new, get in touch and come along for a session!

All experience and ability levels welcome.

A free lunch of homemade soup & rolls is included.
