Swap Shop

Last updated: 19/06/2024

Each time we throw stuff away we add to the piles of rubbish that are mounting up in landfill sites. In the UK we are running out of space for landfill because there is so much rubbish.

The SwapShop is an innovative, eco-friendly student run indicative for exchanging products which is hosted by AUSA and operated by volunteers from Shared Planet Society. We have a shop located on the ground floor of the AUSA Students' Union Building and a second branch in the AUSA building at Hillhead. You are welcome to drop off donations in the donation box and browse our collection at any time during the building opening hours. You can find all kinds of treasures from cool clothing to kitchen items and stationery.

We do not deal with money, everything is completely free!

We're always keen to hear from people who would like to volunteer with us! Simply, shoot us an email at or message us on Facebook.
