From Monday 15th April we will be offering free healthy cooking sessions for adults aged 16+ in Eyemouth Community Centre.

Classes will run for an 8-week block from 10 am until 1pm. These are open to all, please let us know if you have any access issues.

Participants will have some say over what they cook each week and will be able to be creative and try new things.

Beginners, novices and more experienced chefs all welcome! A healthy snack will be included. This course is being run thanks to funding received from Scottish Borders Council’s Healthier, Happier, Stronger Fund.
