Homeless Project Scotland is a volunteer-led, grassroots organisation providing frontline support to people experiencing homelessness across Scotland. Built on lived experience, the organisation delivers emergency overnight shelter, hot meals, and welfare support in a safe respectful, and trauma-informed environment.


People using the service can expect to be treated with dignity, with support focused on immediate safety, warmth, and wellbeing, alongside practical help to engage with housing, health, and statutory services where appropriate. All services are delivered by trained volunteers and managers, with safeguarding at the centre of all activity.


Support is available year - round, with extended provision during winter and severe weather. Access is inclusive, free of charge, and does not require a referral, Service users are asked to follow basic safety and conduct guidelines to ensure the wellbeing of everyone using the services we have.
