Networks of Wellbeing (NoW) is a Huntly based Mental Health and Wellbeing Charity which offers a person-centred service based on the 5 Steps to Wellbeing.
We offer a range of services and activities to support mental health and wellbeing - including (but not limited to) support for Ex-servicemen and women and their families/carers; support for people living with mild to moderate levels of dementia - and their carers; and support for young people.
