Welfare Benefit Advisers are on hand to provide support to tenants who require advice and assistance with benefits. We can help with:

  • Financial Health Checks, Benefit Checks/Income Maximisation
  • Assistance to apply for all benefits
  • Sanctions
  • Mandatory reconsiderations, reviews, appeals and Tribunal representation
  • Welfare Reform
  • Liaise with benefit offices
  • Apply for appropriate available grants 


Advice is available to Southside, Craigdale and Cathcart & District Housing Association tenants by appointment. Please get in touch over the phone or via email. We get back to you within 2 working days.
