Well-Fed Scotland run a number of services that help to tackle food insecurity, social isolation, lack of opportunity and inclusion. Our services focus on children and families to help create lasting memories, a safe space and healthy meals.
HIIT classes provide a high intensity workout using light weights and your own body weight. The class is great for getting some movement that will build your strength and fitness and can be adapted to any fitness level.
Classes run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Mums with babies are welcome to come along with their little ones as there is space for them in the garden area.
The class is free to attend with no need to register in advance. Just arrive in time to start at 10am.
Occasionally the classes need to be cancelled so please always check our weekly schedule for details which is posted on our Facebook every Sunday.
