Fit for Purpose is an employability programme for young people aged 16 to 24 who are thinking about pursuing a career in the sports and fitness sector. It is designed to give you the skills you need to pursue a career in the field of sports and recreation. On successful completion of the course, you will receive a SCQF Level 4 Skills for Work: Sports and Recreation qualification. You will learn through a mix of hands-on practical activities, employability coaching and learning industry specific essentials, such as health and safety.

All participants will be allocated a key worker who will support them throughout the programme and can provide further support for up to 6 months.

To find out more, call us, or complete the online referral form to tell us a bit more about yourself and we'll be in touch.

Referral form can be completed by a referring agency on behalf of a young person or directly by them.
