ICUsteps Edinburgh is an open and friendly support group for people who've spent time in Intensive Care, and for their families. Recovery after Intensive Care can be quite a lonely experience, but you are not alone.

Join us at one of our support group meetings, where you will be made really welcome by people who really understand what you’ve been through.

We are part of a UK-wide network of Intensive Care support groups (called ICUsteps) that has been around since 2005. We meet on the first Tuesday of every month.
