We accept referrals for people aged 18+ who need support to engage in local wellbeing services. Typically, those referred are often:

Experiencing low level mental health issues.

Living with, or at risk of developing, a long-term condition(s)Isolated or lonely.

Lacking confidence to participate in activities.

Looking to become more physically active and/or make lifestyle changes.


The Live Well programme is available in the following areas of the city:

West: Drumchapel, Knightswood, Yoker

North: Milton, Possilpark, Springburn

East: Barlanark, Bridgeton, Carntyne, Easterhouse, Parkhead

South West: Govan, Greater Pollok, Ibrox

South East: Gorbals, Govanhill & Castlemilk


Please note, we can accept referrals from anywhere in the city providing people are happy to travel to neighbourhoods listed above to access the service.
