Live Well Community Referral is a free service which gives additional support to those who may need some assistance in accessing these activities.

Through the programme, participants are linked with an adviser who can assist them in accessing local wellbeing activities. Referrals and self-referrals are welcome.

The Live Well Community Referral programme supports adults aged 18+ to find and access activities that can improve their wellbeing in and around the communities in east end of Glasgow.
