Our Nurture Group is intended to provide more intimate support to a smaller number of parents and their young children. Currently, the group is focussed on support and peer development for young mums, especially those who do not have other opportunities to make new connections with people like them.
A Group Worker facilitates open discussion and activities whilst also helping individual families address issues they may be facing, creating new connections with services or supporting a transition to home support.
