Whether you have just been diagnosed, have specific questions about epilepsy, or just need to talk, we are here to help with our confidential helpline.

Our free information covers a wide variety of epilepsy topics suitable for anyone affected by epilepsy, their families, carers, friends, colleagues, as well as professionals.  We can signpost to other agencies or health professionals, if this is appropriate, to ensure you get the help and support you are looking for.

We can also offer follow-up calls if you feel you would benefit from speaking to us again.

Our Helpline is free and confidential and is open Monday – Friday, 10am to 4:30pm.

If you prefer to see someone you can make an appointment with one of our helpline officers at our Glasgow office. You can also request a helpline call via Zoom from anywhere in Scotland
