Signposting +

Signposting+ works with older people, their families, friends and professionals to connect older people to local, tailored support through a series of telephone appointments. The purpose of the project is to put a stop to the ‘referral roundabout’, where people are passed from helpline to helpline without ever getting the help they need. The focus is to help improve people’s quality of life.
