Delivered by: TRE-Life CIC
Last reviewed: 30/11/2022

TRE-Life CIC (Training, Resilience, Enterprise for life) is a not-for-profit community company that offers a range of education and training support in communities across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.

Our one-on-one or group training sessions focus on developing confidence and employability skills to help enter or return to employment.

Participants will gain SQA-accredited qualifications on successful completion of assessments. Our workshops focus on resilience and bringing communities together to reduce social and rural isolation. These are friendly get-togethers where people can take part in a range of activities, some of which include crafts, digital, sewing, knitting, and cooking (dependent on facilities at the location).
