Our Support Line team are available to offer individual one-to-one advice and support regarding any child or young person living in Scotland, aged 18 months to 18 years, to their parents and carers, or young people themselves. Complete the online form on our website and a member of the team will be in touch with you directly.


Next steps:

  • Schedule your call - our team will email you to arrange a time to speak over the phone to discuss your child’s sleep (or your own sleep if you are a young person) and answer any questions you have. The call will usually last about an hour.
  • Create your plan - working together, you will create a tailored sleep plan with achievable goals and simple changes you can make.
  • Start your plan - you will begin following your individual sleep plan and keeping track of changes.
