Sleep Action's (formerly Sleep Scotland) free Sleep Support Line provides advice and guidance to parents and carers of children aged between 18 months and 18 years, who are struggling with their child and/or teenagers’ sleep problems. The support line gives all families across Scotland access to free support from Sleep Action’s experienced sleep counsellors. Children and young people and their parents and carers can seek tailored advice on sleep.
