Borders Independent Advocacy Service provide independent advocacy to adult users of health and social care services particularly around Mental Health Act, Adults with Incapacity, and Adult Protection, usually in the following groups: older people, mental ill health, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, children and young people going through the Children’s Hearing system.
