Pollok Country Park is Glasgow's largest park and the only Country Park within Glasgow. Its extensive woodlands and gardens provide a quiet sanctuary for both visitors and wildlife.

The park is rich in rural history formerly being part of the Old Pollok Estate and ancestral home to the Maxwell Family. The park is also home to the world famous Burrell Collection.

The park has a wide variety of facilities to suit all age groups including:

  • Old Stable Courtyard and Sawmill
  • Walled gardens
  • Play park
  • Wildlife garden
  • Woodland walks
  • Orienteering course
  • Highland cattle
  • Riverside walks
  • Picnic areas

Also within the parks grounds you can find, the Burrell Collection and Pollok House, both of which have restaurant facilities available.

The park ranger service is on hand to assist the public and ensure a safe enjoyable visit and is patrolled regularly both on foot and using mobile patrols.
