We offer individual, instructed, non-instructed, and collective advocacy for adults (16+) with a learning disability and people with autism.


We can help you if you are:

  • Subject to detention under the Mental Health Act
  • Undergoing process of a welfare/financial guardianship application under Adults with Incapacity Act
  • Subject to Adult Support and Protection measures
  • A parent with a child on the Child Protection Register or your child is being removed from your careĀ 


We can also help you to:

  • Make a complaint about your care and treatment
  • Review your package of care or raise concerns
  • Raise housing issues
  • Understand your welfare benefits
