We offer individual, instructed, non-instructed, and collective advocacy for adults (16+) with a learning disability and people with autism.
We can help you if you are:
- Subject to detention under the Mental Health Act
- Undergoing process of a welfare/financial guardianship application under Adults with Incapacity Act
- Subject to Adult Support and Protection measures
- A parent with a child on the Child Protection Register or your child is being removed from your careĀ
We can also help you to:
- Make a complaint about your care and treatment
- Review your package of care or raise concerns
- Raise housing issues
- Understand your welfare benefits
