Glasgow North East Carers Centre offers a range of services and provides practical and emotional support to unpaid carers, including Young Carers and their families.

Services and Support available include:

  • Information & Advice - The Carers Centre can assist you in finding the right resources and provide guidance on any aspect of your caring role.
  • Money Matters - There is a range of financial support which can assist you in your caring role, for example, benefits or charitable grants.
  • Emotional Supports - Support can be provided on a one to one basis with advice on how to access specialised help if necessary. Peer Support offers the opportunity to come together with other Carers in similar situations, and share knowledge and experience. 
  • Young Carers - Young Carers are supported to have the same access to social, recreational and educational opportunities as other young people without caring responsibilities.
