The Sands Online Community provides a safe space for bereaved parents to connect with each other and share their feelings 24 hours a day. Many bereaved parents have told us that it really does help to speak to others who are bereaved following the death of baby, and reassures them that they are not alone.

As well as supporting parents, the Online Community is available to other members of the family, including siblings (over the age of 14) and grandparents.
